Mermaids and cupcakes? That's a perfect combination!

Tina aka "Cupcake" Batya was the first FREE tattoo winner to get inked. Check out the sweet cupcake action.

Free-handing it. What a pro.

Even the mermaid has tattoos. How hardcore is that?!

February Tattoo Winners

In continuing with the FREE Tattoo Contest, Brookland Park Tattoo is proud to announce yet another 2 winners for February: Jessica Price and Tiffany Cale.

Tiffany would like to get the classic Atari image of the game Rampage with a few artistic adjustments. She would like the entire tattoo to be done in an art-nouveau style. The whisps of smoke, fire raging in the windows and clouds would all be highly-stylized, flowing curvilinear forms.

Jessica would like to get a 6-8" skull with a ball of yarn in it's mouth on one of her hips. Instead of crossbones, she would like to get knitting needles with an owl perched on one and a rat on the other.

Fantastic job ladies! Way to make Dave drool.

If your tattoo wasn't chosen this month, don't get discouraged. Simply resubmit your entry with 2 new emails and you'll be considered again for next month's contest. Remember persistence and creativity are key!
